Fitness Classes

Our group classes are a mixture of cardiovascular classes, weight classes and body weight classes. These group classes are accessible to all members, guests and visitors. You may book in for one of these classes through

Group classes are on a pay as you go basis €15 euros for non-members and €12 for members.



Tabata is held by Eva 9:30am – 10:15am on a Monday. Tabata is known as a fat burning exercise class. By alternating between high and low intensity, you can increase your oxygen consumption and stimulate your fat-burning hormones. This can help you lose weight and improve your body composition. 


Hips Bums and Tums

This class is held by Sam on a Tuesday morning at 9:30am-10:15am. Hips Bums and Tums is a weight training class focusing on those stubborn areas. It will be a mixture of legs and core focusing on correct form, controlled movements giving your muscles that burning sensation. This class is a fantastic calorie burner, it increases flexibility all while toning and strengthening your muscles.


Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics with Eva is held in our pool for guests and members every Wednesday morning from 9:30am. Is a great cardiovascular workout that is great for the heart, muscles, tendons and joints. It combines aerobic and resistance exercises in a low-impact environment, making it suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. You can go at your own pace during the class. The water's buoyancy reduces stress on joints while providing resistance for muscle conditioning, strength, and flexibility. Whether you're looking for a gentle workout or a way to recover from injury, Aqua Aerobics offers a refreshing and engaging fitness option.
