Anna – Spa Manager

I studied Beauty Therapy at Cork College of Commerce where I completed CIBTAC and ITEC with honours. I have over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry. I started my career with Clinique where I learned excellent customer service and selling techniques. After 5 years I continued my career with Clarins where I was practising facials and beauty treatments. My next new endeavour was an unforgettable experience in Andalusia where I had the pleasure to work in an incredible beauty salon with experienced therapists and make-up artists. When I relocated back to Ireland my destiny took me to Kinsale where I was offered a role as a Spa Therapist which progressed into the role of Spa Manager.

I am an open and honest person who treats other people with respect, I am also a very good listener which I feel is essential in my role. As a Spa Manager I am committed to helping my therapists to grow and glow, training them and working alongside them to enhance their best qualities. I focus on delivering an amazing customer experience, career growth, opportunities and an environment where my team can develop their own strengths. I ensure that all guests enjoy a truly exceptional spa time by providing a luxurious experience, going above and beyond and inspiring the team to do the same.

As a lifelong learner I constantly update my skills and knowledge. This helps me to develop both personally and professionally. It opens doors to new opportunities and to achieve my full potential.

When I am not in the Spa, I love spending time with my wonderful family. I love travelling, camping, reading, learning new languages and being the best version of myself.

Diane – Spa Therapist Supervisor

I am a Senior Therapist at Kinsale Hotel & Spa, starting my career over 20 years ago. Beauty and wellness are my passions, I specialize in body massages and facials. My favourite brand is Elemis, who focus on delivering proven results with feel-good skincare products combined with cutting-edge technology, revolutionary formulas, and spa treatments. I believe one of my biggest strengths as a therapist is treating all my clients with care and empathy, talking to them about their needs and helping them to choose the right skin care routine. My ultimate goal is to provide the highest quality service to clients through body treatments as well as therapeutic wellness.

As a Spa Supervisor my role is to train therapists, support them and provide a high level of expertise whilst motivating the team to strive for excellence. I believe being an example for my therapists is key.

In my spare time I practise yoga, where I can connect mind, body and soul through breathing. I adore spending time with my family and walking my dogs. I love outdoors activities, especially competing in triathlons.

Danijela Senior Spa Therapist

I am an experienced Spa Therapist with a passion for wellness and beauty. With over 7 years working in various prestigious 5-star hotels and resorts, I honed my skills and developed a deep understanding of providing exceptional spa experiences.

Originally from Croatia, I hold a degree as a beautician. I have also obtained certificates from renowned cosmetic brands used in the wellness industry, as I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and products. My expertise extends to a wide range of massage therapies, including mom-to-be, deep tissue, aroma massage, hot stone massage, Swedish massage, and oriental massage. My proficiency in face treatments, body treatments, and body rituals further enhance my ability to cater to diverse client needs. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience in reception, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests.

I am thrilled to be a part of the wellness team at Kinsale Hotel and Spa, where I can share my knowledge and provide exceptional services to our esteemed clients. I take pride in my role and I am committed to creating memorable experiences that leave guests feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Outside of work, I enjoy immersing myself in nature and spending quality time with my friends. Living in the beautiful city of Cork, I appreciate the abundance of natural beauty and diverse opportunities for relaxation and exploration.

Elizabeth Spa Therapist

I am a Spa Therapist at the beautiful Kinsale Hotel & Spa, with ITEC qualifications. I am a passionate and motivated individual who believes that the key to evolving is in investing in yourself and your progression.

As a spa therapist I believe a key factor in the client experience is in putting your guest at ease, by creating a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. I love every aspect of being a spa therapist which allows me to fully immerse myself in the client’s requirements on the day, taking care of every detail which also enables me to pass on advice on skincare routines etc. as each client has their own unique requirements and energy levels.

In my private time my passion is in continuing my own personal growth, I like to upgrade my skills in beauty and wellbeing and enjoy meditation as a way of relaxation.

Marion Spa Main Receptionist

My name is Marion and I play a vital part in the successful running of the Spa operations. I meet and greet all our clients with a warm and friendly manner and ensure they all feel welcome. I take care of all our spa bookings either in giving information about specifics of each treatment and the pricing, or in booking the customer an allotted time to receive their treatment. I make sure each day runs smoothly. I create a friendly, inviting atmosphere so our customers leave feeling revitalized and refresh. I support the therapists and the Spa Manager with day-to-day tasks.

Outside of work I love spending time with my son, we enjoy outdoors activities and travelling. I have a passion for health and wellness. Fitness and wellbeing play big role on my life.

Sarah Spa Receptionist

I’m Sarah, I work alongside Marion on the Spa reception. I have great administration skills and qualities that help me to complete tasks related to managing bookings, group reservations, phone answering and emailing. I believe communication and multitasking is key in my role, this helps to assist both customers and my fellow spa team members alike.

Besides my work I love playing piano and golf, I enjoy travelling and spending time with my family and friends. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of arts degree in UCC which gives me lots of satisfaction and opportunities for my future.

Celene Spa Receptionist

Hi, I am Celene. I absolutely love my role in the team. I have excellent customer service skills and love working with people, spreading my positivity towards our guests and my colleagues. I am very helpful and energetic, making our clients feel welcome and happy during their time with us. I have a passion for internal design which gives me a good eye for decorating.

After work I love spending time with my family, playing tennis and walking my dog.
