Located on the hotel’s bottom floor, with stunning views of Oysterhaven Bay, the Leisure Club at Kinsale Hotel & Spa has everything you need and more, to achieve your fitness, leisure and relaxation goals.
Our state-of-the-art Leisure Club boasts an impressive 20 metre pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim as well as full hydrotherapy section to assist in your recovery needs. The pool deck also features a large dry sauna at an impressive 80 degrees, a steam room which holds a temperature of 44 degrees and a jacuzzi allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate, immersing yourself in a blissful oasis of relaxation.
Keep the little ones entertained in our children’s pool, a space designed with safety in mind with a shallower depth than the main pool, while also providing ample space to practice their swim technique and face-splashing skills!
Our fully equipped gym features state of the art Technogym cardiovascular and strength technology. Equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, stepper, rowing machines and bikes, not to mention our strength training section. Our team of certified personal trainers are here to help and guide you, making sure your fitness goals are achieved.
At our Leisure Club, we have a team of qualified lifeguards, swim instructors, personal trainers and first aid responders to cover all aspects of our club. Our energetic and bubbly team are ready to assist you with any query.

Monday to Thursday
7am – 9pm
Fridays
7am – 8pm
Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
8am – 8pm
