All the way through the day and night, the team at Kinsale Hotel and Spa blew us away, from the greeting on arrival to us loading our car the next day, nothing was too big or small a task. I would gladly deal with them again and would recommend them to any newly engaged couples. The setting as you loom out across the bay was like something out of a postcard.

We initially met the team at a wedding showcase at Pairc ui Chaoimh. We were immediately impressed with their professionalism and approachability. After a brief discussion amongst ourselves and a stop off at the hotel on the way home, we quickly settled on it being our venue.
Ronan, Laura and John were absolutely amazing from start to finish, friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. They went above and beyond in every way for us throughout our journey to the wedding day.
On the day, we were blown away by the smoothness and professionalism of everything. Staff were on the ball, friendly and courteous to guests, the canapes on arrival were gobbled up and left our guests salivating for more. The meal was out of this world. The presentation, flavour and service were impeccable. I gazed from the top table in awe at the front of house team and how they seamlessly dropped plates off to each guest. Nobody was waiting too long for food, and the way they manned each table during service was nothing short of amazing. I thought that sort of service had long since been forgotten.
I would highly recommend the Kinsale Hotel and Spa for your big day. They went above and beyond to help with all aspects of the day. Laura the wedding co-ordinator was very helpful in the run up to the wedding. Also special mention to John for all his help on the day. The food was beautiful and the views from the hotel were gorgeous. All the staff were all very professional and approachable. We had an amazing day and are so glad we chose the Kinsale Hotel and Spa.
Everything ran like clockwork. We were both delighted with the day. It seems also that the guests enjoyed the day thoroughly. All the staff were great, the food and the ambience created were excellent. The preparation work was pretty straightforward and professional. For any prospective couples, I would highly recommend having a musician at the reception. It wasn’t something we had thought of but it really set the tone for the day. Overall, I would have no problem in recommending Kinsale Hotel for your wedding as besides the scenic surroundings, the professional staff will take the stress away from the day allowing a couple the chance to enjoy and savour every moment.

I had my wedding here on 26th October this year and my wedding coordinator Karolina was absolutely incredible! Made the experience so enjoyable and the details she went to with designing the rooms were just amazing I could not have asked for better. She is so calming and has a beautiful personality! The venue itself is amazing, the views are beautiful and the staff go above and beyond for you. John drove me and my bridal party from the apartments to the venue and he went above and beyond also to do whatever was needed for us. Cannot speak more highly of John what a gentleman! If you are considering Kinsale Hotel & Spa I say go for it! Nothing to fault.
Where do I begin…
From the morning preparation to the end of the evening, the Kinsale Hotel and Spa staff couldn’t have done better. We had the warmest welcome from them, and they were there for our needs and wants. The wedding coordinator, Karolina, and her team nailed the ceremony on the balcony for us, which was breathtaking. Karolina executed every detail and wish we had and was the nicest person to deal with. The general manager, Ronan, ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to please us. John, the duty manager, was such a lovely, kind man who took extra good care of us and our toddler. He ensured our son was always happy, just as much as we were. The chef was phenomenal, the food was mouth-watering, and there was so much of it that everyone had lovely full bellies after the meal. People we talk to now are still raving over the hotel and the wedding. It was honestly an amazing experience, and we couldn’t have done it without such a wonderful team at the Kinsale Hotel and Spa. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for fulfilling the most special day of our lives.

From our first meeting with duty manager John to the countless interactions with wedding planner Karolina, and the warm greetings from the reception and all the staff we dealt with, it was an easy decision to have our wedding here. This was further complemented by how seamlessly the day unfolded. By the time everything was done, the staff at Kinsale Hotel and Spa felt more like friends and family. Their excitement to see us the following morning showed just how much they cared.
