My name is Selene and I’m a Spa Receptionist at Kinsale Hotel & Spa.

Originally from Málaga, Spain, I studied Tourism at the University of Málaga and have always been passionate about travel, people and different cultures. Throughout my career, I have worked in hospitality, aviation and international education, experiences that have allowed me to meet and support people from all over the world.

One of the things I enjoy most about my role is getting to know our guests and helping create a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. I believe that even the smallest interaction can make a difference to someone’s experience, and I take great pride in being part of their wellbeing journey.

My name is Sarah and I am a 22 -year old student currently completing my master’s degree in education. I work part time as a receptionist at the Spa where I love welcoming guests and helping create a calm, positive experience from the moment they walk in.

Along with my people skills, I am strong with figures and computers, which helps me handle booking, scheduling and front-of-house systems efficiently. I enjoy keeping everything organized behind the scenes so our guests and therapists have a smooth, stress-free experience.

Outside of work and college, I spend most of my free time with family and friends. I also love swimming and playing padel -anything that keeps me active and brings joy to my life.

Hi, my name is Katie, I am the Spa therapist here at the Hotel Kinsale & Spa.

I got my CIDESCO qualification in Beauty & Body Therapy where I learned various massage techniques, body and facial treatments and holistic practises designed to relieve tension, rejuvenate the mind and restore the balance. I found satisfaction in tailoring each facial to meet the unique needs of different skin types and conditions, carefully selecting Elemis products.

I have a calm demeanour and a gentle approach to create a soothing atmosphere, I customise each treatment to ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness. I have a passion to make a peaceful, harmonious environment for every guest to find their inner peace and overall wellness.

My philosophy is; every client is unique, and every treatment is an opportunity to create something special. I’m always looking for ways to improve and bring fresh techniques to my clients. Upskilling allows me to provide the very best care and ensure each experience is rejuvenating and memorable.

Outside work, I love to spend time at the beach, swimming, walking with family & friends, it helps me unwind and gets my day started.
