This past Saturday, November 9th, marked a special milestone for Kinsale Hotel & Spa, as we hosted our first-ever Spa Wellness Weekend, an immersive two-day event designed to relax, energize, and rejuvenate our guests. With a carefully curated itinerary, guests indulged in a complete wellness experience filled with fitness classes, yoga sessions, gourmet cuisine, luxurious spa treatments, and the comfort of an overnight stay in our beautifully appointed Classic Rooms.

Day one began with an invigorating fitness class to set the tone for a weekend of relaxation and self-care. After working up a healthy appetite, guests enjoyed a nourishing lunch crafted by our chefs, incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients. The afternoon continued with a tranquil yoga session, offering a peaceful way to release stress and embrace a sense of calm. As evening fell, guests gathered for a delightful dinner, savoring the flavors of Kinsale’s renowned culinary scene while sharing laughter and stories.

On day two, guests kicked off their morning with another energizing fitness session, followed by a wholesome lunch to refuel. The highlight of the afternoon was our signature *Sleep Tight* spa treatment—a soothing escape designed to promote restful sleep and deep relaxation, leaving everyone refreshed and renewed.

Guests left glowing, both from the pampering and from a sense of connection and rejuvenation. “The entire experience was exactly what I needed—a perfect balance of activity, relaxation, and luxury,” said one guest. “The Sleep Tight treatment was incredible; I’ve never felt so relaxed and ready to face the week ahead!”
