Your evening begins with a refreshing mimosa on arrival, setting the tone for a night of celebration and enjoyment. Our team will welcome you into the warm surroundings of the Rockpool Restaurant, where you will dine from our specially designed New Year’s Eve Menu, created to showcase seasonal flavours and the very best local produce. Each dish is crafted with care by our talented culinary team, ensuring a dining experience that feels both luxurious and comforting.

As the evening continues, celebrations will continue with a DJ, playing from 9pm until 12.30am, creating the perfect soundtrack to carry you into the New Year, alongside a midnight toast with a glass of chilled prosecco.

Whether you prefer to sit back with a drink, enjoy the atmosphere, or take to the dance floor, the night is yours to enjoy at your own pace. With a relaxed, welcoming festive setting, it’s the ideal way to mark the start of a new year surrounded by good company.
